Accession by the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire to the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement
On 28 September 2018 the Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire deposited its instrument of accession to the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications of 20 May 2015.
The Republic of Côte d'Ivoire is the second state party to join the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement. The Geneva Act will enter into force three months after five eligible parties have deposited their instruments of ratification or accession.
