Our colleagues at the Client Service are at your disposal in person, on the telephone and in writing as well regarding questions about the protection of intellectual creations.
Our clients are welcome to come in in person during opening hours. It is not necessary to make an appointment; however, if you would like to make use of the services of the voluntary register of works or of simplified trademark filtering, we recommend that you arrive at least one hour before closing time.
We take phone calls during working hours.
We answer e-mails usually within 5 days. If we cannot meet this deadline because of the nature of the question or for any other reason, you will be informed.
Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO) and China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) Launch HIPO-CNIPA Focal Point Mechanism Pilot Project. Both HIPO and CNIPA will designate one or two officers each as intellectual property focal points to provide consulting services on intellectual property issues related to Hungarian enterprises operating in China and Chinese enterprises operating in Hungary, and to support these enterprises in obtaining effective intellectual property protection.
