Fees
Filing fee of a geographical indication: HUF 144,000.
Fee for cancellation and revocation concerning geographical indications: HUF 190,000.
Fee for a request for the division of a GI application, for each resulting further application: HUF 144,000.
Fees for amendments of the product specification concerning CIGIs:
- for the first request HUF 7000,
- for the second request HUF 12,500,
- for further requests: HUF 23,500.
Fees shall be paid by bank transfer or cash transfer order to the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office's account held at the Hungarian State Treasury, the number of which is 10032000–01731842–00000000.
We kindly ask our clients, while transferring, to include the identification details, i.e. the case number and the code of legal title in the following format: case number/legal title code.
Payment can also be made via our VPOS system.
