Guidelines for patent examination

The methodical rules of the patent granting procedure are described in the Guidelines for patent examination (available only in Hungarian) divided into seven Chapters:

Chapter I: The general rules of the Hungarian patent granting procedure,

Chapter II: The Hungarian patent granting procedure, from the application until the publication,

Chapter III: The Hungarian patent granting procedure, from the initiation of substantive examination until the granting.

Chapter IV-VII: All other patent proceedings.
